Atlantic Ltd was incorporated in 1992 and since it has specialized in local and international trade of fish and seafood products, as well as regional and local distributorship.

The company’s efforts and business organization is directed in the following main areas:

• International trade and local distribution;
• Cold storage facilities
• Freezing, packing and retail for customers;
• Mariculture  – cultivation of Black Sea mussels
• Customs clearance services.

Major business partners of Atlantic Ltd are companies from Europe, North and South America as well as the Far East. Our customer companies are from Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Romania, Turkey, Macedonia and Serbia.

Since 2015 we have built the first fish market FISHLAND in Bulgaria, providing the opportunity for companies and fishermen to sell their fish and seafood products on a first point of sale basis.

FISHLAND fish market is constructed in compliance with the requirements in energy efficiency with the installed solar collectors that correspond with capacities of the cold store and processing facility and thus we have proven our commitment to environmental protection.

 

Commercial activities

We provide premium quality wholesale and retail fresh and frozen fish and seafood products. Atlantic Ltd caters to a network of retailers. We excel at providing customer tailored requirements for frozen and fresh fish and seafood. We are able to offer competitive pricing, excellent quality and large volumes for a wide variety of fish and seafood products.

Our wholesale and retail label FISHLAND line is committed to sustainable and traceable fish and seafood.

Cold Storage

FISHLAND offers comprehensive storage facilities with chilled and frozen warehousing. Our multi-temperature warehouse and refrigeration services meet the most stringent requirements for handling a broad range of temperature-controlled frozen products. The facility provides a total storage volume of 11 000 m3. and is available for customers to store fresh and frozen fish and seafood products.

• We have 11 cold rooms with a total capacity of 3700 tonnes
• The chambers are equipped with modern temperature monitoring system
• We meet sanitary-hygienic requirements of HACCP regulations

Freezing

We provide IQF and block freezing of fresh and chilled fish and seafood products upon customer request.

 

Packing, Sorting, Labelling

• Packaging of fresh and frozen fish and seafood products for retail and wholesale.
• Processing of fresh and frozen products, sorting, calibration and labelling as per customer requirements.

Mariculture

• Culture of Black Sea Mussels (mytilus galloprovincialis) has been established with annual capacity of 600 tons. The effective culture of mussels is further facilitated by the newly built operations boat where processing activities are performed on site.
• Our equipment provides fast and efficient processing in order to optimize quality of the finished product.
• Quantities of mussels are available upon customer request throughout most of the year.

 

Customs clearance

Customs clearance is available upon request for customers. The Customs Clearance Services offered by us supports in faster and hassle free clearance of shipments and cargo. We support and guide our clients to handle the sensitive procedure of custom clearance with taking full responsibility.
